The selection process for the Entelechy Equestrian Performance Academy is starting this summer with interviews of potential candidates, followed by physical and selective testing.
“It has to be a collective effort. We are working seamlessly with Dee, head of the Dynamic Performance Hub, and will make all our decisions together,” explained Matt Cooper, Founder & Performance Director.
“Character, attitude, and development potential are as important as technical skills and riding ability. We’re going to be driving towards World and Olympic medals so it becomes all about teamwork and mutual support towards a common goal.
“Challenging the status quo of what is a uniquely traditional sport, we do have to explain to candidates what this opportunity represents; it’s a career choice, a life choice.”
